Politique d’expédition

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luanavy. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

Shipping costs
New Zealand: free shipping on every order.
International (including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Japan, Singapore and more): flat rate of $9.99 NZD per order. The full list of countries we ship to is shown at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) before they are dispatched.

Delivery time
Our products are sent to you from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, many of which are overseas. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 9–15 business days for both New Zealand and international orders. Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and sales, or because of customs checks, weather or courier delays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

For Christmas, we recommend ordering by 1 December for the best chance of your order arriving before Christmas Day.

Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show updates. If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of ordering, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please email us with your order number so we can investigate.
