Luanavy is an online store based in West Harbour, Auckland 0618, New Zealand. Our products are supplied and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners.
Products and pictures
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours and sizes may look slightly different from the pictures because of screen settings and small manufacturing differences. Product information is for general use only and is not medical advice.
Prices and payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Afterpay, which is subject to Afterpay's own terms.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will give you a full refund.
Shipping and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and replacements are covered by our Refund Policy.
